HOME MONITORING PLAN:

Three visits per month to ensure that your home is secure and that everything is in proper order. We can customize a list of things that you would like us to check (i.e. doors locked, windows secured, furnace working properly, snow level on roof is acceptable, etc.).  After every visit to your home we will mail/e-mail you the results of the inspection and point out any areas of concern. Digital photos documenting any findings will be available upon request. The fee for this service is $85.00 per month with six or twelve month plans available.

Alarm system installation available to monitor heat levels, power failures, high water levels, and water leaks as well as other items. The unit can be programmed to call our customer service line to report any unusual situation. We will then go to your home any hour of the day or night, assess the situation, and call the appropriate individuals to fix the problem if we are unable to do so on our own. You will be notified of the situation and we will take whatever corrective actions are necessary to alleviate the problems as you direct us to do. You will always receive a detailed report of our findings and the corrective actions taken to remedy the situation. There will be a $40.00 per call charge to go to your home as well as a $25.00 per hour charge for additional hours spent on site past the first hour. You will also be responsible for any costs incurred for materials ( i.e. new sump pump, furnace parts, plumbing parts etc.

Are you coming up for the weekend?  We can have everything ready for you when you get here.  Would you like your refrigerator stocked; bottle of champagne on ice; heat turned up; firewood ready; walkway or driveway cleared of snow? Give us a list of the things that you would like done and we will see to it that they are completed before you arrive.
